Two departments
BTB has separate departmens for steel and stainless steel / non-ferro respectively. These departments are housed in two separate halls. Thus, the optimal conditions for the production with steel and stainless steel are insured.
Stainless steel / non-ferro department
This department is located in a roomy workshop of 600 m² with a large 6 x 5 meter door. The workshop features a suction system for welding fumes, a high vacuum ring and ample lifting equipment. The workshop is equipped as follows:
- Lifting equipment; 2 x 3,2 tonne cranes on rails at +6 meter altitude.
- Waterjet cutting machine suitable for plates 3000x2000x 80 mm of stainless steel, Aluminum, plastics, glass etc. Computer controlled, it can direct read your dxf or dwg files
- Welding equipment for MIG and TIG welding. Pulse and electrode welding up to 450 amp.
- Welding manipulator for round welding, half automatically
- Pointwelding machine 50 kVA.
- Hand plasma cutter
- Treatment of welds using glass beads and electric
- Fast spinning polishing and sanding machines with a flexible shaft for treating both tube and plate material.
- Column and radial drill.
- Plate rolling mills (2) length 2 meter, several diameters. Suitable for milling up to 10 mm plate over the full length.
- Profile rolling mill with various roles suitable up to UNP100
- Pipe bending machine suitable for pipe up to 46 mm diameter.
- Kaltenbach circle saw, diameter 400 mm
Steel department
This department is also housed in a roomy workshop of 700 m² (including 100 m² warehouse) with a large door 6 x 5 meter. The workshop is equipped with:
- Lifting equiptment 5 tonnes crane on rails at 6 meter altitude and several smaller cranes.
- Autogenous cutting table 2x3 meter, max. thickness 120mm. Table is also equiped with a plasmahead for thin material.
- Welding equipment MIG and TIG welding and electrode welding.
- Welding generator for work on site.
- Welding manipulator for welding round semi-automatically.
- Welding manipulator for welding round barrels with a weight up to 5 tonnes.
- 50 tonnes hydraulic punching machine suitable for plate up to 15 mm and ø30 mm max.
- Column drill with cross table and radial drill for drilling to ø 52 mm
- 2 profilen mills with various roles for round and tube material.
- Kaltenbach circle saw ø400 mm.
- Clamp saw suitbale for material up to ø400 mm.
- Circle saw for shortening
- Hydraulic pipe bending machine suitable for pipes up to ø 50 mm.
- Wire cutting machine for cutting on tube up to ø2".
- Hydraulich press, C- frame 60 ton stroke 400 mm.
- Generous assortment of manual tools.
Common equipment
Some machines are used by both departments:
- Draaibank, bedlengte 2 meter - geschikt voor ø400 mm boven het bed ø250 mm boven het support.
- Milling machine verticle - bed size 250 x 1100 mm power 3 kW
- Kantbank CNC gestuurd, 300 ton drukkracht en 4300 mm zetlengte, div. boven- en onderstempels ( gedeeld).
- Plate shears 3000 mm lenght plate thickness up to 16 mm rear stop computer controlled.
